Children are referred by families, school counselors, the Boys & Girls Club of the Highland Lakes, CASA of the Highland Lakes, Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center and Hill Country Children's Advocacy Center. The Phoenix Center is a safe, positive place where all children create, grow and shine.
