  1. WEEKDAY OUTREACH: Free of cost classes provided to the Boys and Girls Club of the Highland Lakes – a yoga for relaxation class and an expressive arts class – both offered once per week, year-round.

 

  1. OVERNIGHT CAMP SESSIONS: Free of cost camp sessions at The Retreat at Candlelight Ranch – 12 sessions per year, one weekend per month, year-round.

5:00 - 5:30 Campers Arrive and Meet their Counselors
5:30 - 6:00 Dinner
6:00 - 6:45 Team Building Activity
6:45 - 8:30 Campfire, Open Microphone: Singing, Storytelling
8:30 - 9:00 Bedtime (an age appropriate, empowering story is read aloud)
 
SATURDAY
7:00 - 8:00 Breakfast and Supervised Free Time with Planned Activities
8:00 - 9:00 Hatha Yoga Class: teaches relaxation, anger and stress management, deep breathing and mind/body health
9:15 - 10:15 Writing and Team Building Workshop
10:15 - 10:30 Snack
10:30 - 12:00 Hike, Boating, Fishing and Swimming (seasonal)
12:00 - 12:30 Lunch (picnic)
12:30 - 1:30  Visual Art Workshop
1:30 - 2:30 Supervised Free Time (journal writing, reading, cards/games)
2:30 - 3:30 Music Workshop
3:30 - 4:00  Snack
4:00 - 5:00 Ceramics Workshop
5:00 - 5:45 Dinner and a Walk on the Candlelight Ranch Trail
5:45 - 6:45 Team Building Activity
6:45 - 8:00 Campfire, Open Microphone: Singing, Storytelling, Readings from Writing and Team Building Workshops
8:00 - 9:00 Camp Dance
9:00  Bedtime (an age appropriate, empowering story is read aloud)
 
SUNDAY
7:00 - 8:00 Breakfast, Pack-Up
8:00 - 9:00 Hatha Yoga Class (mind/body health)
